Book your stay conveniently through our website. Depending on the rate you booked, you can make changes and cancellations on your own. To do so, click the “Detailed Booking Information” link at the bottom of the booking confirmation email you received immediately after booking. On the following page, please enter the email address you used when booking, as well as your last name. You can then view, modify, or cancel your reservation.

Depending on the rate, up to two rebookings are possible free of charge. Changes and cancellations are free of charge up to three days before arrival.

Please note that for reservations made through booking portals such as Booking.com, the terms and conditions listed there apply.

For longer stays, you can take advantage of attractive special rates. For stays of 30 nights or more, enter the discount code “Longstay” when booking through our website to receive a 20% discount on the booking price.

Bookings made through our website can be conveniently paid for by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or PayPal.

The driveway:
Coming from the A5 motorway, take the exit Freiburg-Nord and drive towards Freiburg-Nord/Waldkirch/Elztal/Glottertal/Gundelfingen.
At the next driveway Freiburg/Freiburg-Hochdorf you will stay right and continue on the B3. After about 3.6 km turn right onto Ingeborg-Krummer-Schroth-Straße - you will find us after about 2.50 m on the right side.

Access by public:
Coming from the main railway station, you will get to tram No 2 towards Hornusstraße. Please get off at the Eugen-Martin-Straße stop. After only a 10 minute walk you will arrive with us.

Our local staff are available from 1 pm to 9 pm to answer any questions you may have, and to provide tips and recommendations about Freiburg. You can arrive between 4 pm and 9 pm.

We are happy to allow an earlier arrival before 4 pm if this has been agreed in advance.
Late arrival is also possible with prior consultation. You will receive your apartment key via a key box after 9 pm. Please contact our staff.

We will gladly take your luggage before check-in from Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. and on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 1 p.m. Please contact our staff on the number provided in your booking confirmation.

Pets are welcome. For the additional cost of cleaning we charge a flat rate of 15,- EUR per night per animal. Please contact us before you arrive.

All apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi.

We are happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair free of charge. Simply reserve them before arrival or contact our staff during your stay.

We are happy to reserve a parking space directly at the property for the duration of your stay. Please note that there is an additional cost of €15 per night and per car. These can be paid online in advance.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartments and throughout the building. Please understand that we will charge an amount of EUR 300,- in case of disregard.

Before departure, please enter your invoice data into our guest system. You will automatically receive an invoice at the email address you provided on the day of departure. You will be able to access our guest system a few days before arrival.

For stays of at least seven days, we offer an intermediate cleaning service free of charge upon request. This includes cleaning the floors, changing the towels, disposing of rubbish, replenishing toilet paper, coffee and soap, and a quick clean of the bathroom and kitchen.

Additional intermediate cleanings are available at 25 EUR per cleaning. Please contact our staff to arrange this.

Upon departure, we kindly ask our guests to leave the apartment clean and tidy, with washed dishes. Any additional cleaning required due to excessive dirt will be charged for, with a minimum charge of €25. We require a deposit in the form of your credit card or passport details. This data will be irrevocably deleted by us on the day of your departure.

Our apartments have a sofa bed for additional guests. If you have booked the apartment for more people and intend to use the sofa bed, you will find bed linen and towels for it in the wardrobe. Please contact us if you have any questions about use.

The rental price includes bed linen, bath towels, dish towels, washing-up liquid and bin bags. We also provide coffee pads for the coffee machine, washing machine detergent, and salt and pepper. Please let us know if you need anything else. Final cleaning is also included in the price.

Some of our apartments have a washing machine, which you can use free of charge along with the provided detergent. Please contact us if you have any questions.

For additional persons we charge 15,- EUR per night and person.
