All of our apartments have a washing machine, which you can use free of charge along with the provided detergent. If you have any questions, please contact us.

A fan is available free of charge for hot summer days. If you need an additional one, please contact our staff.
Is it too cold for you? Please contact our staff. We will be happy to place a fan heater in your apartment.

The accommodation comes with a kitchen, which is handed over clean and with a complete set of equipment. We kindly ask you to put dishes, cutlery and pots back in the cupboards only once they have been cleaned.

Please do not shower outside the shower cubicle. Please keep the bathroom as dry as possible.

For stays of at least seven days, we offer a free intermediate cleaning on request. This includes cleaning the floor, changing the towels, emptying the bins, replenishing toilet paper, coffee pads and soap, and a quick clean of the bathroom and kitchen. Additional intermediate cleaning at intervals of your choice is available for €25 per clean. Please contact our staff to arrange this.

On departure, we ask our guests to leave the apartment swept clean and with the dishes washed. Heavy soiling will be charged according to the effort required, with a minimum charge of €25. We take the liberty of keeping your credit card or passport details as a deposit. This data will be irrevocably deleted on the day of your departure.

The rental price includes bed linen, towels, tea towels, washing-up liquid and bin liners. We also provide coffee pads for the coffee machine, detergent for the washing machine, and salt and pepper. Please let us know if you need additional supplies or anything else. Final cleaning is also included in the price.

Our apartments have a sofa bed for additional guests. If you have booked the apartment for more people and intend to use the sofa bed, you will find the bed linen and towels for it in the wardrobe. If you have any questions about its use, please contact us.

We are happy to provide you with a baby cot and a high chair free of charge. Simply reserve these before your arrival or contact our staff during your stay.

Pets are very welcome. For the additional cleaning effort we charge a flat rate of €15 per night per pet. Please register your pet with us before you arrive.

You can conveniently park in our on-site car park for €15 per night per space. If you would like to book a space, please contact our staff by phone or email. We will then allocate a space to you.

We welcome your suggestions and ideas for improvement. If anything is not to your satisfaction, please let us know right away so that we can address it during your stay.
Guest satisfaction is our top priority.

We kindly ask you to observe the night-time quiet period between 22:00 and 6:00. The apartments, their furnishings and other property must not be damaged. Please note that any damage caused will have to be charged for.

All of our apartments are non-smoking. We reserve the right to charge for damage to the inventory, such as burn marks, at replacement value. The additional effort of special cleaning will be charged at €300.

Please dispose of your waste in the designated bins (yellow: plastic, green: paper, brown: residual waste) in the corridors; these are emptied daily. If there are no bins in the corridors, please contact us. We will collect your waste if necessary. On departure, you can leave the waste in the apartment and we will dispose of it during the final cleaning.

• Turn the air conditioning/fan up by one degree or open the window for cooler air
• Set the fridge to medium cooling
• Only run the dishwasher when it is full and use the eco programme
• Switch off lights and air conditioning/fan when leaving the apartment
• Reduce water consumption
• Close windows and doors when leaving the apartment
• Air the rooms in short bursts instead of tilting the windows

Please depart by 11:00 at the latest. When you leave the apartment, please place the apartment keys on the table and close the door behind you. Please understand that we have to charge a flat rate of €100 if the room key is lost. A later departure is possible by prior arrangement until 12:00. Please contact our staff to arrange this. If you are leaving earlier, we would appreciate a message the day before your departure so that our housekeeping team can be deployed optimally.

Before departure, please enter your invoice data into our guest system. You will automatically receive an invoice at the email address you provided on the day of departure. You will be able to access our guest system a few days before arrival.

For additional persons we charge €15 per night and person.
